How?
We request from your broker all the records about your account. After that we listen to all your phone conversations with your account manager, we check your correspondence and your trading history.

To understand whether the broker has fulfilled all its obligations to you in accordance with the law.
We check any violations of the laws and regulations on behalf of the broker and collect all the evidences. After that, we contact your broker and/or the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission on your behalf to initiate a thorough investigation for your claim. We work closely with your broker and/or CySEC on every stage until your funds are recovered.
HOW WE DO
Stages before you get your money back:
Stage I
You have to contact us with more details about your loss.
Stage II
We sign a Services Agreement and/or a Power of Attorney to represent your interests in full force.
Stage III
We get in touch with your broker and start collecting all the evidences for your case.
Stage IV
Once we have a clear understanding of your case we will file a claim against your broker to return your funds.
Stage V
If your broker refuses to return your lost funds, then we will proceed with a report at CySEC through our established channel and/or with legal measures against your broker.
The duration of the above process depends on the period you have been trading with this broker, because we go through every trade you've opened, every e-mail you've exchanged and every phone call you've received to check if all of them comply with the laws, MiFiD II and CySEC directives.

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission better known as CySEC is the financial regulatory agency of Cyprus. As an EU member state, CySEC's financial regulations and operations comply with the European MiFID financial harmonization law.
The main duties and responsibilities of the CySEC are set out in Article 25, Part IV of Law 73(I)/2009 and may be summarized as follows:
Unfortunately, there is no line of communication concerning investor complaints. This means a long wait while the broker considers the issue, and no real certainty it will be resolved.
The Commission aims to regulate financial markets and supervise the conduct of various financial organizations that operate out of Cyprus but is not prepared to deal directly with any complaints or offer a resolution or arbitration services.
This is not a good thing, and isn’t doing CySEC any favors in the eyes of other regulatory bodies or investors; but hopefully, it will eventually change for the better.
Meanwhile, Vendetta Corp is probably the only company that collects, processes and transmits complaints on investor's behalf directly to CySEC.
